Christina Andersson is a well-known psychologist and a specialist in the field of wellness and peak performance at work. She has a PhD from the Karolinska Institute in neuroscience and is affiliated to the Stockholm School of Economics based on her research on how to use the skills from psychology and neuroscience to create both a mindset and culture of compassion, trust and positive emotions in which the co-workers thrive and flourish and feel that they matter. From this foundation people are better equipped to handle complexity at work and will use the brains capacity to solve daily problems, learn how to navigate life challenges and become more innovate.

Author
Christina has written several books on compassion and how to transform stress to a life well lived.
Her topics are happiness, self-compassion, neuroscience and how to train the brain in a positive mindset. On how well-being is a skill we all can learn and increase in our life no matter our circumstances.
Keynote speaker
In her workshops Christina introduce both a theoretical framework and practical tools for enhancing well-being and introduce how to perform under pressure. It will be an introduction to how our innate need for feeling appreciated is related to feeling more joy at work and open-minded in collaboration with others.
The workshops contains science-based practices and models so that everyone who participate will increase their own self-awareness. Areas that the workshop includes are positive neuroplasticity, self-compassion and how to be more presence as well as how to transform distress into mental strength and inner trust.

Christina has developed many programs tailored to various organizations to reduce stress-related problem, increased mental health and how to use the capacity of the brain to increase motivation and engagement among the employees. She has an experience from working both in clinical setting and in organizations on various levels e.g. coaching leaders and facilitating corporate mind-body wellness program.
